Arief has joined SA Partners as a Senior Partner with nearly 3 decades of experience of working in multinational oil and gas companies both in Indonesia and Qatar. Arief’s experience covering both strategic and operational aspects of the  business, including its operational handling, research, human resource management, and risk mitigation. Arief has also involved in managing the construction of AP Pettarani Elevated Toll Road Project in Makassar.

Arief’s expertise includes, among others, compensation & benefits, organizational restructuring, HR automation, designing implementing work-flow procedures aimed to churn better productivity and achieve operational excellence. In M&A transactions, he is competent in designing and monitoring talent acquisition procedures, ideate and implement employee engagement to control attrition. Arief has excellent exposures to industrial relations and international labour laws and showed his ability to defuse employee grievances in record turnaround time.

Arief completed his Master of Science Degree from Stanford  University, Palo Alto USA (Ivy League) in 1996 and Bachelor of Science with specialty in Physics from Bandung Institute of Technology in 1993. Arief awarded professionally by WORDATWORK, USA in 2002.
