Infrastructure

Our infrastructure clients know just how fast Indonesia is developing. We are retained on infrastructure investments such as dredging and reclamation, development of public and private sea ports and jetties, and water supply projects. Logistics

We assist client in obtaining business licenses through the system online single submission risk based approach (“OSS RBA”), environmental licensing, warehouse building permits and cargo handling. We also can help contracts for purchase, delivery of distribution, agricultural commodities and other goods, warehousing, and we also advise on cooperation agreements with port operators. 

Air Transport

We assist clients in the area of aviation law, in particular aircraft lease and financing transactions. Services cover drafting and reviewing legal opinions, verification of conditions precedent and subsequent, aircraft mortgages, aircraft registration in Indonesia, return of an aircraft, aerodrome cooperation agreements, and ACMI transactions.
