Cylvie is the Founder and Managing Partner of SA Partners Law Office who has been practicing law nearly 30 years.  Before effectively running the firm, Cylvie worked at one of the first and oldest law firms in Indonesia led by the former Ministry of Foreign Affairs,  as prominent lawyer in corporate area. Cylvie gained experiences in handling various project financing, cross-border M&A and capital market transactions, both equity and debt issuances, by working in the firm’s Singapore office.

After more than 16 years working with her first law firm, Cylvie joined another Indonesian law firm which is closely associated with Herbert Smith Freehills, as senior legal advisor handling equity capital markets, M&A and M&T. In 2013 Cylvie joined a Singapore-based private equity which she was handling, among others, IPO of Blitz Megaplex.

Cylvie was then joining local Indonesian law firm in 2016 as a partner in Investment, Trade and Industry practice group as well as co-partner in Telecommunication Media and Technology practice group. During the past 7 years, Cylvie has focused more to Investment, M&T and infrastructure legal areas for which Cylvie worked together with the Central Government of Indonesia and the East Java Provincial Government of Indonesia.

Cylvie obtained her Master’s Degree from School of Law, New York University, New York, USA in 2005 majoring corporation law. She completed her Bachelor Degree in law from University of Indonesia in 1996 as the top three best students in her batch. She passed the Bar Exam for Indonesian Capital Market Lawyer in 2002. She is registered with OJK as capital market lawyer. Cylvie is member of ILUNI, PERADI, HKHPM, and IABC (International Association of Business Communicators).
