SA Partners is an Indonesian investment-oriented legal boutique based in Jakarta’s South Central Business District, adjacent to the stock exchange. Founded in 2014, the establishment of the firm coincides with the first and second terms of Indonesian president Joko Widodo – one of Indonesia’s fastest period of economic growth to date. SA Partners has unique perspective on providing services to the investors by seeking creative approaches that derive more benefits for the investors.

In 2019, the firm expanded its practice by entering a non-exclusive strategic alliance arrangement with Donaldson & Burkinshaw, one of Singapore’s oldest and most recognizable law firms (https://donburk.asia/indonesia-desk). Established in 1874, Donaldson & Burkinshaw excels in intellectual property, and litigation & dispute resolution, among other legal practice areas.
In the end of 2023, we entered into a framework agreement with Atsumi and Sakai, a Japanese law firm ultimately based in Tokyo with the branches in New York, London and Frankfurt (https://www.aplawjapan.com/en/global-coverage/indonesia-malaysia).
